I don't know if anyone has seen the movie yet. However I can't find it anywhere. Any one know where it's playing?

Looked around on internet and appears to be starting with a 'limited' release... I see it offered in New York and Chicago.. and I thought I heard Los Angeles ...

I preordered the book and received in the mail this weekend.  It is an amazing story.  I couldn't put the book down.  Lots of history on the Schultz brothers, where they came from and the path they took to be olympic champions.  I highly recommend the book.

I should order it, too...  or maybe I can talk our city librarian into doing so.  That way, more people in our community can read it.  Certainly sounds like a good read.

I can't wait to see the movie! Actually got to meet Dave at a camp about 1985 or 86. He let us wear his gold medal. He showed me a couple things I always remembered and used. Great guy.
Thanks for keeping me up to date on the wrestling scene while I bask in the s. New Mexico sun this winter.

Interesting review....and noteworthy that the person said it could be a better wrestling movie than "VisionQuest" or "Reversal"....

I guess I'll be willing to debate that after I see it.

Sony just announced on Foxcatcher Facebook page that the movie would be opening nationwide on 12/19

I just talked to an employee at the Carmike Cinema in Rice Lake and he assured me that Foxcatcher WILL come to their facility at Eau Claire.  He just didn't know the date, yet.

Foxcatcher opens Friday at the Oriental 3 in Milwaukee and on Christmas Day at Sundance 608 in Madison
