I just want to wish everyone good luck today. Remember 3 very important things.

1. Stay healthy.

2. Stay positive. (Win or loose).

3. Have fun and enjoy this moment. Win or loose have good sportsmanship.

... and for any of you who may (unfortunately) wrestle your last match today - congratulations on the completion of a carrer that has required great love of the sport, tremendous commitment & devotion, an incredible amount of hard work, and a willingness to put yourself out there ...  while learning more about what being a team really is than many orther sports participants will ever even realize exist.

"The Man in the Arena" is about citizenship ... not wrestling - but it translates well to wrestling.  In case you haven't come accross it ...
