You mean facts like That the deficit has been halved since Obama took office?  No mention of this, no credit given (to be sure, I don't feel he deserves much credit nor blame for any of the economic woes we are experiencing).  Most of what we are going through is due to policies in place for some time, some official, some not.

Or the claims of private ed. being better than public, not supported by facts, just opinion.  When evidence is given showing this, silence and it doesn't change the minds of those believing otherwise.  I get it, people don't want to think they were wrong about things.
Remember, a third of republicans in LA. are unhappy with how Obama reacted to hurricane Katrina.... :)

I don't deny spending has gone up under Obama.  I just marvel at how much hatred there is toward him when really it was worse under Reagan and many remember him as wonderful.  It is just incongruent thinking.

I don't remember anyone claiming private was better than public.Show me, I'll be waiting.

That debate was on here.  I am not going to sift through all the posts.  I posted an article about this phenomenon not that long ago and it pointed to the fact that there is this perception that private schools are better and the research showed this not to be true (that it is just that, perception).

I suppose you don't remember seeing anyone with irrational hatred toward Obama on here either...
I would like to reach through the screen and slap the next person who starts a thread about "global warming." Wraslfan

So, you are the one claiming others ignore facts, but when asked to provide facts, you won't. No hypocrisy there. ::)

I remember reading the article on here.

I don't care what the article said. Badger claims people on here said private education is better than public. I don't remember anyone saying that. They may have, but I don't remember it. Show me.

Sounds like you are ignoring facts (which MNbadger posted on this forum.  I searched through past threads and found it.  Read the facts supported by the research, then tell us how you know more than the researchers.

Get real. you or badger posted this, NOT one poster was claiming that private is better, the article had that premise and proved it wrong, not the posters on here.

And your study also agreed that metro private schools were generally better than metro school districts. I'm paraphrasing.

It isn't "my study."  MNbadger posted it, originally under "Education Public/Private" (or something similar).  I'm not arguing the details of the study, but verifying its existence on here and the fact that someone argued against it.  Looks like there are now two on here who've argued against it, counting you.

Why would you repost the article? That is not what I asked for. If someone said private is better why not just repost it?

So, now that I have re-posted what was said, your only recourse is to criticize me for not doing that first.   ::)          I'm still right.   8)

I have always endorsed public, how am I against public or stating private is better?

I would say that Marquette is probably better than Vincent, that's not saying private is better than public.

Actually, the only thing I have asked for is Mnbadger to show where anyone said private is better than public. i haven't seen it yet. I didn't realize it would be like pulling teeth. What are you right about?
