#2 Nick Dardanes (MN) goes down to Matthew Frisch of the Citadel 8-5.
#7 Taylor (WI) gets stuck in 46 seconds by Germaine of EMU. OK, I can understand it now. Germaine is a seasoned 5th year senior.

McCall steps up and takes down a seed (Mitchell)! Has Schiller (MN) next.
Merely having an opinion doesn't necessarily make it a good one

The Gophers stunk the place up.  The other Dardanes needed overtime to win!   Nelson won 1-0.  Did these guys all get food poisoning or something?  What the inappropriate term3 did they eat!

and ahead of Illinois, Michigan, Ohio State, and Oklahoma. Nice first round considering it did not start out very well.

Yes sir. With a regular decision would have been tied for 5th with Nebraska.

The other Dardanes went down as well and McIntosh lost.  Mecate went down to Durso, not really an upset in my mind.

Port goes down to Evan Henderson.  I can't believe I didn't have Henderson in my AA pool.   Bad move!

St John and Green both lose.  Ness's pin over Green puts Minnesota into 3rd...

Of Course, this is only my opinion and no one elses!

No, he was actually beating him (Green) comfortably.
I would like to reach through the screen and slap the next person who starts a thread about "global warming." Wraslfan
"Obama thinks we should all be on welfare."  BigG
"MN will eventually go the way of Greece." Wraslfan

Based on what the announcers said Green got a reversal and then Ness reversed him and pinned him.  I didn't hear elevator mentioned but that's kind of what it sounded like.  Announcers mentioned that Ness may have baited him and that Ness went to his back first.

I didn't see the match, but let me guess...Green shot a double on Ness and ended up in the Ness elevator.
