Wrestlestat has it 20-17 Michigan State. I guess this is probably the Badgers Superbowl of wrestling. I think they respond from the Purdue loss, and win this one 22-15.

I think the Badgers could lose 6 or 7 if things went really poorly but could also win up to 9 if Ingham wrestles.

Good to know there is a big ten team much worse than UW.  Was more enjoyable to watch
Of Course, this is only my opinion and no one elses!

For what it is worth. Every single match went to the higher rated (per WS) wrestler.

Is Wyatt Ingham the guy now? Will they burn a year of eligibility or was this just a taste for next year?

Not sure what the plan is.

Ingham is 3-2 and has now used 3 events.

I think you can use up to 5. (and keep your redshirt)

You also need 8 matches for wild card consideration.

Only 2 duals remain. Iowa State has a tourney in late February to get additional D1 matches in they decide to move forward with Ingham.

I would be quite surprised if they burn the redshirt. I do not think he can do enough with what is left in the season to be a strong candidate for an at large and it would be pretty risky to have him try to wrestle into a spot at Big 10's

I suspect we may see him again vs NW and/or UNI if he has an event or 2 left. NW Bates is ranked 20th and UNI Voelker is ranked 12th. His best win is over 31st ranked Hopkins of Campbell so this would be another step up for sure. Would love to see him wrestler either or both. Really enjoy watching him wrestle!

My mistake. His best win was Sunday over 24th ranked Remy Cotton. I missed him because Flo liked him a lot better than WS. Not really sure why. Cotton is 11-8 with his best wins over WS 49 and 51.
