Keith Swett
February 12, 1951 — September 9, 2024

Keith Swett, 73, was reunited with his wife Jean and son Matt on Monday, September 9, 2024 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home with his family by his side.

Keith was born on February 12, 1951 in Marshfield, WI to the late Jay and Genevieve (Smith) Swett. Keith was united in marriage to Jean Eichinger on June 2, 1973 in La Crosse, WI. She preceded him in death on July 1, 2017.

Keith attended and graduated from, UW-La Crosse in 1973 with a degree in English. He and Jean then moved to Seymour where they both started their careers and a family. Keith was a well known high school teacher and wrestling coach at Seymour High School for 47 years. One of his greatest accomplishments was watching his "boys" grow up to be the men and leaders he knew they could be. Keith was also proud of the culture of the Seymour wrestling team; everyone was a brother to each other.

He is survived by daughter, Laura Swett, daughter-in-law, Dr. Sharon Bartlet, his brother Dean Swett, niece Skye Swett, sisters-in-law Marie Eichinger and Wendy (Stan) Pajala, nephew Cole Pajala, and brother-in-law David Cederstrom.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Jean and son Matthew.
