Halter case headed to Supreme Court

The WIAA had to take this all the way so they can get clarity for the future when the courts are used as an avenue to supersede their rulings or get injunctions.

These rulings will either give back the administrative power to the WIAA or will basically make it an advisory organization.

As much as I don't care for how the WIAA operates I do hope that they retain some power otherwise it is just the wild west for lawyers to nitpick at every ruling and the WIAA handbook will grow 10X the size with more legal jargon
Of Course, this is only my opinion and no one elses!
