Team Size: 8+ Female Wrestlers

Job Description:
Catholic Memorial High School is seeking an Women's Wrestling Coach to lead our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing young athletes both on and off the mat, with a strong emphasis on sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth. The coach will work closely with the Varsity wrestling coach and assist with planning and conducting practices, developing strategies for competition, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for all team members.

Responsibilities:
Provide mentorship and guidance to female athletes, focusing on their athletic, academic, and personal development.
Collaborate with other coaching staff and school administration to ensure the program aligns with the school's mission and values.
Promote the wrestling program within the school and community to encourage participation and support.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes during practices and competitions.

Qualifications:
Previous coaching experience in wrestling, preferably at the high school level, although not required.
Knowledge of wrestling techniques, rules, and strategies.
Ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes.
Commitment to the Catholic Memorial High School's mission and values.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
