Watched the Folkstyle Junior finals and Ingham one in OT, Mathias ran into a buzz saw and Hopke just manhandled a man. His opponent was #4 ranked HWT per mat scouts. Very much bigger in stature and weight than Koy but no match. Koy pinned him :20 into the 3rd.

We had a couple of winners in 16U as well, Max Mathias and Kawczynski, and Sardina took 2nd.

14U looked like they had a lot of success, I saw 136 Bracket WI went, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 8th!! Pretty impressive

You do realize that you can see what every person weighed right in the tourney in track, right?  He weighed 229.0.  Just a little research would have made your post even all the more engaging.

Don't really know what your getting at by your post. Didn't look just told about his weight and hear he has been hitting the weight room and growing well. I wouldn't call it bumping up if his intentions are to be a HWT in college.
