Youth state brackets

Anyone know how the youth state brackets will be set up?  Now with taking the top 3 wrestlers to state, there will be 24 qualifiers total.  Just wondering if they're doing byes for 1st placers?...similar to HS state (at least it was that way).  Draw in Byes?

The plan is to have 32 person brackets with the champions from each qualifier receiving a first round bye.  All wrestlers will be guaranteed 2 matches.  Bracket types will be adjusted based on the number of qualifiers if there are 16 or less wrestlers available.
