We need a perspective for the balance of the season

This group has been awfully quiet for the past two seasons.  I'm starved for coverage.  How is the conference shaping up this season?  All I know is that Charlie Millard is a beast and Nicolet is strong.  I'd be grateful for anybody to fill in the gaps for me.  Thanks and Happy New Year.
