"staff changes" -
I think the changes are good. It is a good idea to get new ideas/fresh eyes from outside.
"roster changes .. other than (possibly) Rodgers" -
With or without Rodgers it is a pretty good lineup. It will survive well without the guys who were out most of the season as well. I won't miss Crosby if this past year is his top end performance.
"Rodgers" -
I am with Charles Woodson on this as he was quoted:
"If I'm the Packers, I'm thinking about trading Aaron Rodgers if we can," Woodson said on NFL Network.
"possible free agent losses and targets" -
Rodgers is under contract. The Packers can 'franchise' Adams. They can probably resign most of the other FA's if they want them back.
"draft targets" -
I don't follow the 'who's, who'. I would see them drafting a receiver, an offensive lineman and maybe even a quarterback.

That is my two cents.

I am on the trade Karen rodgers boat. Get what we can for him now. The packers are a way better team now than before Lafleur took over. Sure the pack would slip next year but I still think they would be competitive in the NFL north.

What would be fun is a sign and trade thing for Adam's. Notnsure if they can do such things in the NFL but I am on boast for that. With trading both the packers could certainly gather some serious draft picks to really start a rebuild or a recharge! Sure their is some cap issues to deal with but with that amount of draft picks they are bound to find some good replacements!

Trade Karen and Adam's and make out like the cowboys in the walker trade

ok maybe dreaming but still.....

Gosh I just read that if the packers trade both Karen and Adam's they would have 6 picks in the first 2 rounds and seven of the top 92. Plus I believe 4 in the first 2 rounds in 2023. 10 picks in the first 2 rounds the next 2 years.......holy grape fruits that is incredible to say the least!

That sounds like a better than rebuilding it sounds like reloading to me!

Karen hasn't won a meaningful playoff game since 2010. He is an all time great but really..time to try another route plus alot less drama to deal with! Side note itnhas been 2008 that a team has won the super bowl with the highest paid wr in the league so that confirms trade Adam's!

I think they should trade Rodgers ... and bring back anybody else they can - then bring in competent FA QB ... in case Love is not the answer there ... (and draft another one for the heck of it)

That said, Rodgers cannot be traded until after the league year starts on March 16. His cap hit is 46.4 million and will not come off the books if he is traded until after March 16. Adams is all but gone. If they franchise tag him, they have to find another 20.1 million on top of the 50 million they are over the cap.

Let's face it Karen hasn't won a ,meaningful playoff game since 2010 and age and the last time a team was in the super bowl with the highest paid WR was 2008. The packers are a way better team this up coming year than when lefluer took over 3 plus years ago. Love or we can find a qb with the amount of picks or players we get for those 2.

Sometimes you have to make tough decisions that are not popular but life goes on.
