No one lives forever to be sure but a sad, sad note.  He was funny and a great serious actor as well.  Too many laughs over the years from the Mary Tyler Moore show.  Feel somewhat similar to when MTM died.   
I would like to reach through the screen and slap the next person who starts a thread about "global warming." Wraslfan

Oh man yes!  When Ted was falling apart Lou had to handle him with kid gloves all the while wanting to go off on him.  Ted so looked up to Lou but at the same time was so self absorbed....... too funny.
