I put together a layout of all the Team Conference Champions over the last 15 years(as far back as I could go). This is just something fun for us to look and possibly even debate over. In 2011 and 2017, there are two teams listed because in those years the championships were shared. I apologize for any mistakes I might have made, and will make any changes where they are needed.
