Good afternoon,

As everyone is holed up trying to do their part to keep everyone healthy, we thought we would release to the world an end of the year type ranking.

Each year when the season is over, we internally will remove the Seniors from our working google doc, then do a final "rank" of only the wrestlers that qualified for State and just keep it between the committee to help us prepare for next year.   Of course, there are a plethora of wrestlers that missed out on a trip that were ranked during the regular season and will surely be in the rankings next year, but this list is inclusive to the State Qualifiers (from 2020) that will return next year.  It is interesting to look at these weight classes to see how many will return....a few maybe at the same weight class, but many will move.  The top guys are ranked in order based on their State Placement.  Then then other qualifiers are "ranked" below them mostly just based on if they won a match or two at state.....i.e, the blood-rounders might be ranked higher than a guy that was ranked higher than them all year.

So, we'll start with 106 from each division:

D1

D2

D3

While he didn't qualify, Nick Alexander- 113 should be in the top group. He pinned the PW kid at Team State.

That's an unheard number of talented guys all coming back at one of the upper weights - wow!

Are you just looking at how they finished at the state tournament?  I see wrestlers ranked lower then wrestlers they beat multiple times during the season but didn't wrestle them at state.  They did place higher which must know is not seeded at state...
