[Fabulous Falcons]

Mishicot and Reedsville had a very brutal sectional campaign (kinda of like the Allies storming the beaches of Normandy).  Hopefully we'll get to see Mishicot's Frank Koeppel and Reedsville's Cole Ebert go at it again . . .these two have been fun to watch.


Elkhart Lake - Glenbeulah/Howard Grove needs to get  Josh Schorer  to some better tournaments he has a lot of talent that is just waiting to be catalyzed and a couple of losses in the early season next year would help him get a ticket to the Kohl Center.

Don't know that I agree about the EL/HG schedule.  Coach Ward has done an outstanding job building that program.  Constructing a schedule around 1 or 2 studs is a surefire way to burn out the remainder of your roster.  Josh beat a D3 sectional champion from Random Lake 3 separate times this year.  Sectionals can be unforgiving and every year some kids will have an off match first round and just get unlucky.  Josh will be back with a vengeance next season and we will all be rooting for him.

I do agree that an Ebert/Koeppel rematch would be awesome.  Hopefully Saturday night rather than Saturday morning!
