Will Rapids be able to win the Regional this year?  They are by far the best dual team in the conference but the Regional is not a dual, kind of funny since the Team Sectional is a dual.

What's will the individual conference champions be this year

Deciding sectional dual teams via an 8 man individual bracket tourney is way less than perfect.
Makes little sense to me.
If that is absolutely the only answer, perhaps take the top 2 teams out of each Regional to Tuesday team Sectional.
I'd guess rarely would the 3rd place Regional team be the best dual team.

Just another thing that we do in wrestling in WI that doesn't make much sense or benefit the sport.  But hey, tradition, and change is scary.
