Ricky Robertson

Hi Everyone,

Ricky Robertson here. I figured being a former Badger, there would be no better place to reach out for help. That being said, today I am asking everyone to please take a second to read about my sister and her selfless character. And if you could donate whatever you can to help the cause my family would absolutely appreciate it. Remember, no donation is ever too small.

Did you know that worldwide, a child is diagnosed with cancer every two minutes – that's 300,000 kids every year! This is why I'm shaving my head on May 7, 2019 at Victor J. Andrew High School to raise money for childhood cancer research.

Let me tell you who I am. My name is Cailin Robertson and I am a senior at Victor J. Andrew High School. I am an honor student and top 10% of my soon to be graduating class of 2019. I will be attending Baylor University this fall to hopefully become a Pediatric Oncologist. I got involved with St. Baldrick's 4 years ago when I first shaved my head my 8th grade year. I have been growing my hair for the last 4 years again to be able to donate my hair and raise money for children with cancer. I will donate all my hair (approx. 15-18 inches) to Wigs for Kids which is an organization who makes wigs for kids at no cost to the recipient and money I raise to St. Baldrick's for cancer research.

I would be honored if you supported me with a donation to help me exceed my fundraising goal of $4,000.
Your investment supports the St. Baldrick's Foundation, the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants. Please visit my personal fundraising page to make a donation and learn more about St. Baldrick's.
Thank you so much for being a hero to kids with cancer. Together, we will make a difference.
