Looking forward to another great season beginning tomorrow. I see Marshfield winning, followed by Wisconsin Rapids and a tough young DC Everest squad.

Anyone have the results of Marshfield-SPASH?

Marshfield beat SPASH 52-21. Rapids beat Wausau West 50-18.

Rapids and Marshfield will go at it next week.

SPASH did everything they could to make things interesting early in the match-up. Scheirl wrestled up to 145, the results were a little surprising as well. Groshek wrestled up to 120 but I do not expect he will stay there for the WIAA tournament. Biggest surprise was the 113 match. Looking forward to next week.

Justin will be 106 for Oshkosh. Weighed in under 112.

Week 2 of conference, Marshfield hosts Rapids, Merrill @ West, Everest visits East, with Point getting to relax on Thursday. Any predictions? Teams or individuals.

Few really good match ups with Rapids and Marshfield. Pugh and Spray at 126 and possibly Pearce and Lubeck at 145/152.

I would say Marshfield, Merrill and Everest all win.

Pugh is at 126, Spray 106. Lubeck would have to go to 152 to see Pearce.

Is Benitz going to 120?? Rohde I believe is at 220 now.

Not sure on Benitz but if Rhode is 220 the it's Sam Haessly from Marshfield at Heavy.
