I don't think there is any possible way for the Badgers to actually beat tOSU this year - short of a couple of injury defaults. That said, while some don't buy them, I believe in "moral victories;" if the Badgers show up and wrestle up to their respective potential, I think it bodes well for the program. tOSU has a handful of horses in their lineup that the Badgers shouldn't yet be able to touch.

Looking forward to see what Bucky brings.

Wisconsin has Brown listed as the started. That would be a big bump to the team!

hoping I am wrong 15-29, the OS over UW and that is with one upset win built in for the W

Numbers

Team score 3-3 after 133.  So far so good.

If it ends up going to points scored criteria - WI leads 7-6 so far.

Zander is explosive.  Would love to see it more.

Time for some bonus points.

So far wins by Brown and both Wicks.
Christenson lost a close one... was outwrestled on his feet. Did some good things too.
Myles Martin is 'Myles Martin' ... winning Major dec.
197 ... Kollin Moore vs Selemme Moore with a fall. Selemme does fight.. just inexperienced.
OSU up 23-10 entering HWT

Really nice to have Brown back. Ohio St's top-tier guys truly are exactly that, and their depth was shown in those weights where their back-ups went out and wrestled hard.

Christensen had some impressive bursts early on, but did anyone else think he looked a little sluggish down the stretch? It just seemed quite a contrast to the way his match against Nebraska played out.

Thor is a treat to watch. It is a GREAT feeling knowing that heavyweight is going to be rock solid for Bucky for the next few years (at least!)
I would've had a chance in WISAA.

Who says he can't beat those guys? Even if he can't he has shown he is an AA threat as a freshman so yes for the next few years.

OFF TOPIC, but...

What's the 'current' deal with Stoll at Iowa?

Stoll did wrestle against Iowa State and beat Gremmel 5-1 - that is the only match he has wrestled...

He was shot in the leg in an accident last summer and apparently is not 100%... there are stories at the themat.com forum about the incident...

They needed him in the Iowa State dual so that is why he went out there...

Thanks WWF...
Was aware of the 'shot in the leg' thing...  Then there was a penalty of sitting out a certain number of contests. With all the big hubub over his Iowa State appearance, I thought there was more to it.
