Good bunch of kids here to make for some good matches.

I apologize if I spelled a name wrong or missed a ranked kid.  Feel free to post and add more kids that you think will be in the running for Sectional match ups.

Agreed some great match ups.  Is Superior still in this Sectional?

Yes they are, Superior is in the New Richmond Regional.  Brandon McClure 145 and Logan Stone 152 are some of the good wrestlers from there.

hawkfan

Looking at this, I wonder if Hudson will win the Regional.  They don't seem to have has many ranked kids as last year.

They will still win the regional I think. They wrestle at Marty Loy, Bi-State, and the cheesehead. Some of their kids have a number of losses and I think that hurts their potential for ranking. Will be interesting though.

hawkfan

Great point MK, they wrestle a tough schedule.  That normally pays off at years end.

285 is going to be a meat grinder. I think Godbout is the clear front runner, but either #4 or #5 is going to be left home (which is too bad), but that's what happens in our sectional sometimes. Who is everyone taking? I'll take Godbout and Bolling.

Looks like DeMeyer just dropped. He wrestled at 45 last night. Now either him Skillings, or Hertel is staying home at 45 unless someone moves, but 38 is tough too. That's what happens in our sectional sometimes. Brutal.

According to track, none of the 3 can go below 145.  Will be fun to watch!!

Wow. That is going to be fun to watch! You have to wonder if someone will get a little scared off and try their luck at 52, or if everyone will stay and slug it out. Will be interesting to see either way.

HawkFan-

1).  Move this Wisconsin Valley thread over to the Wisconsin Valley page. If you do not know how to do that, PM Tom.
2).   If you want to know where Hudson will be at, just email Coach Hansen. You could even PM him here as he is sometimes on the forum. I'm sure he'll be straight with you. You might have to give him some information also though.
3).  If I sound like a jerk, it's because us old-timers long for yesteryear where at this time of the season this forum was a great place for entertainment and information. Fans and coaches and even athletes themselves speculated and strategized and made good friends. But that time is long passed and your false posts trying to gain information is partly to blame. That and all of the political banter years ago.  Keep this forum for entertainment and conversation among fans and friends.   Every post with a hidden agenda makes one less person read this forum.

I think its posts like these that are more likely to result in "one less person" reading this forum.  HawkFan's posts were completely within the spirit of what this forum is about.

hawkfan

Dunn County - Wow not sure what that means.  So what is my hidden agenda?
