Let's hear about that Turkey and the meal of thanks you will prepare.

Turkey injected then slow roasted on the Big Green Egg for many hours at low heat until the perfect temp is reached spritzed with a mixture of apple juice and Worcestershire sauce. Lump charcoal with mixture of applewood and some oak. Turkey Stuffed with a home made stuffing and pan to catch the dripping for gravy.

Twice baked potato casserole.
Fresh Cranberry relish
Stuffing
Salad Greens

Brined turkey, the Nesco-ed, then browned in an oven.
Smashed potatoes and homemade gravy from dem drippin's
Stupid yams and marshmallows (I have never understood this)
green bean, COM, fried onion casserole
cast iron cornbread (1 jalapeno, 1 cheesy)
homemade dinner rolls
a ham
amish roll butter
hommade punkn' pies
corn casserole
cranberry sauce 1 real, the other canned
1 fireplace fire

Oh yea forgot the Pumkin pie and thats my all time favorite pie. Yams are fantastic brown sugar marshmallow I can do without. I like the Greenbean casserole unfortunatley I am alone on that.

Uff, the yam mm thing I detest. Pumpkin pie is sublime. I just hate marshmallows.
