The 2017-18 wrestling schedule at Cal State Bakersfield includes home duals against teams from four power conferences and the Roadrunners' first matchup with Fresno State since the Bulldogs restarted their wrestling program.

After the Blue-Gold Scrimmage on Oct. 21 at the Icardo Center, CSUB opens the regular season Nov 2 at Buffalo. That's followed by duals against Edinboro and Bucknell, both Nov. 5 in Edinboro, Pa., and then a road trip to the Bay Area to face Pac-12 Conference rival Stanford and San Francisco State on Nov. 12.

The Runners' first home duals finally arrive Nov. 17, when they'll battle Pittsburgh of the Atlantic Coast Conference and Wisconsin from the Big Ten Conference in a tri-dual.

The renewal of the CSUB-Fresno State rivalry is Dec. 8 in Fresno, followed a week later by a matchup with another Big Ten team, Northwestern, on Dec. 15 at Cal Poly.

Two duals against Big 12 Conference opponents, at Wyoming on Jan. 12 and home vs. Utah Valley on Jan. 20, highlight the rest of the non-conference slate.

In Pac-12 action, CSUB hosts Arizona State (Jan. 24), Cal Poly (Jan. 31) and Oregon State (Feb. 11) before traveling to Corvallis, Ore., for the conference championships Feb. 25.

The NCAA Championships are March 15-17 in Cleveland.
