Possibly. That said, he isn't/wasn't the only one. If he can play 135 - 160 games per year, he'll produce at a level that contribute to the Brewers making the playoffs.

well need Braun's bat down the stretch !  right now were without 3 of our top hitters and have not lost a thing ...GO CREW !  :)

That is the best part without Braun, Thames, and Shaw we are still winning games. Can't wait to see if we can win the series against the Cubs and keep the momentum. Interested to see how the new pitcher they called up does today.

If they make the playoffs, Counsell wins manager of the year and Stearns makes executive of the year. It's early, but the progress the Brewers have made is amazing.

Agreed. Even if they would fall just short of the playoffs I would be very happy to see this kind of progress.
