Just picked up half a lamb for $3/lb. Course, that includes the liver, etc. Best liver there is, though.

Anyone else a lambophile? My favorite meat. Ideas for some recipes? I thought I'd try to make my own gyros.
If I agreed with you we'd both be wrong.

Funny you mention goat. When I stopped in to pick my .5 lamb, the guy at the counter got a call. I hear him say" no, we don't do goats.... there's some things we just don't do." I thought it was kinda funny. Got my lamb and went home. What a great butcher shop.
