Big Ten/NCAA Fantasy Wrestling

Anyone interested in doing fantasy wrestling for B10s and NCAAs let me know, I will run it again. Last year a former Neb. Wrestler won both making us in WI look like chumps.

Yes, I will let you play even if you drive Prius!

You can pick 10 guys from any weight class, so you could avoid betting against 1-2 individuals.

The format is you pick ten guys to be on your team based on seeds not weight. You are allowed to pick 1 wrestler from seeds 1-8 and two unseeded guys. You can pick multiple wrestlers from the same weight class. Tournament points scored are used.

This will kind of give you an idea. The Site sucks and looks better on a computer than phone but is the best I can do with my limited web design abilities.

d3wrestle.com does a pretty neat fantasy set up for the NCAA DIII tournament. Where you pick 10 wrestlers(one at each weight class) but you have to pick each seed. So you can only pick 1 #1 seed and 1 #2 seed and 1 #3 seed and so on. Makes it interesting. It then goes by the number of team points your group of 10 wrestlers score.

I also play fantasy with some friends at the state tournament where you pick your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers at each weight class then whoever gets the most correct is the winner. The tie breaker is guessing the number of falls in the finals and 3rd place bouts.

Just some idea's, but I'd be in for just about anything.

If you want to sign up in advance you can, I just created the page with all the info. You will not be able to select your team until PreSeeds are released. No reason to sign up early other than it will help me get everything organized and your team page made in advance. Here is the link:

No worries, I think the more fantasy options there are the better! It is what drives football and college basketball in March. For me personally free is not that much fun. Money won is twice as sweet as money earned. I did not see an option to upload a file. My entry form is in Excel, if you want to play but can't figure out how to use excel I can work with you. Quite frankly I'm way too cheap....a lot of people on the Ohio forum. 20+ so far made guesses.

I'm being good and only filling out one bracket. One pick and stickin' with it, darn it.

You're nuts not to take Snyder with the #2 and of course I didn't. RT is a steal at #6. My "lock" at #1 is zeke... MM (PSU) also is tempting as a lock...
