Grammar police

My wife does this too.  Just a slight correction.  If we are saying "we could care less", in the English language that means we care a lot.  Most people in the context should be saying "we couldn't care less" meaning we don't give a hoot.

I know  schmarty pants me.  I need to get over this some day.

Okay...as long as we are correcting grammar...the use of there, their, and they're  and the use of to, too, and two. They do not mean the same thing. Drives me nuts when those words are used incorrectly.

I bet you've used some basic algebraic concepts without even realizing it.  Last year, my granddaughter was in 2nd grade, but she was learning some basic algebra and could explain it to me as such.  Over time, much of what we've learned becomes second nature and we don't even recognize it for what it is.
