i heard the wiaa approved st croix central to the middle border and durand to the dunn-st croix conference.  i believe effective next year.  any confirmation?

i heard the wiaa approved st croix central to the middle border and durand to the dunn-st croix conference.  i believe effective next year.  any confirmation?

The WIAA Board of Control approved the first consideration of a conference realignment plan to move St. Croix Central from the Dunn-St. Croix Conference to the Middle Border Conference and remove Durand from the Middle Border and place it in the Dunn-St. Croix for all sports, effective in the fall 2015.
There is now a 40-day window for the two schools to appeal before the board takes final action at its April 21 meeting.
