  wisco only had 11 wrestlers and took 3rd. now ranked 6th  in D2.
surprised cooney isnt ranked in D1

Congrats to WISCO on that!

Cooney is kinda surprising - since they were ranked HM on 12/24 ... and all they've done since then is finish 3rd at Mid-States behind #2/Stoughton & #7/Elkhorn ... & go 4-1 @ Delavan-Darien (loosing only to #3/Milton). Apparently the committee is hard to impress.
