Gunsmoke - so many great actors
Bonanza - big hoss
Rockford - I still do rockfords in my driveway....kids have no idea what I'm even talking about.

If I agreed with you we'd both be wrong.

Clint just because he was more my generation plus he still looks like a tough guy if needed
Bourne,,,,,better trained though McClean could take a beating like no other
Hendrix,,,,,,Eddies a tool if you ask me
Depeche Mode,,,,,I have to admit I have a few DM albums, I guess they hit a spot
Depends, late 70's early 80's and early 90's were awesome for SNL but I guess the older crowd liked the other one.
Skynyrd,,,,,,,,,they appealed to me much more than the eagles. the eagles seemed to be more of a lounge band at times.

Bronson (Eastwood might have had a chance had he not done "Bridges of Madison County"..... inexcusable).
Rockford
Culture Club (not kidding)
SNL (early only)
Eagles (not tough choice)
Gunsmoke (though I love the Rifleman, no contest)
Big Valley
Gophers!  (wish there was a dual this year!)
I would like to reach through the screen and slap the next person who starts a thread about "global warming." Wraslfan

1. Who is "Duke"?
2. Who is McClean? I pick Bourne anyhow...
3. Hendrix... but what would I know?
4. Huh?
5. Different... too much to consider.. I think laugh in quit when it was time... I think SNL is beyond shelf life...
6. Eagles... easy choice.

+6, bro. I even bought a "Depeche Mode" disc or two. I liked "Policy of Truth" and "Enjoy the Silence."

But yeah, I'm with you on the rest. When VH came out my buds either thought EVH or Randy Rhodes were the greatest guitarists in history. I'd chuckle and turn up All Along the Watchtower (JH version, not BD, though he wrote it) on my MacDonald boom box.

1. Who is "Duke"?Common man! Who is "Duke?" My neighbor's dog. ::)
2. Who is McClean? I pick Bourne anyhow...John McClean, of Die Hard fame
3. Hendrix... but what would I know? The one you get right, you're not sure about.
4. Huh?Good man. No matter how many you got wrong, this one allows you an A+ on this test
5. Different... too much to consider.. I think laugh in quit when it was time... I think SNL is beyond shelf life...SNL has bounced back before, though I thought "Kids in the Hall" beat both
6. Eagles... easy choice.Okay, you got 2 okay. But LS might be on top if not for half the band dying
