I find this annoying:
Websites that have accompanying LOUD MUSIC OF AUDIO (voices etc.) that open/begin unrequested when the page appears.  I find this annoying.  Suddenly I will have this BLARING sound coming from the computer unexpectedly.

On the other end of the scale, but equally annoying, is the video clip with volume so low that you'd swear they are whispering.

True both. I do hate the shock of going to a link and being "louded out," though.
