Congrats to Amy Davis on her State Championship run in D2 Cross Country last Saturday. I can just about imagine the excitement it was for Barry, Lisa and their family. Awesome job!!

Sweet!  I wonder if Barry's daughter will compete for the Badgers after HS.   

*Since on the XC conversation here - I need some help Madison locals.  My buddy will be traveling to Madison for the NCAA cross country regional next weekend.   Need some important info.

Where should he go for breakfast?  Best pizza?  Best bar for a beer?

Yes she has committed to run at the UW.

Mickey's Dairy Bar for breakfast
Greenbush Bar for pizza (and good beer) or Luigi's on Midvale also really good
Big Ten Pub (good place for a beer)
Karben4 (great place for a beer) - North East side of town though

Heads up about Mickey's Dairy Bar....they only accept CASH. on campus.

Dotty Dumpling's Dowry for burgers ( also on campus)

Athens or Parthenon Gyros on State St for something different.
