Preble High School Fire

Dear Wisconsin Wrestling Community,

Last night a fire broke out at Green Bay Preble High School in the gymnasium bleachers.  Thankfully no one was injured but there is very extensive damage to the gymnasium and the wrestling room is also extremely damaged from water and smoke.  No one is currently allowed in the building and the amount of damage to equipment is TBD.  However from the looks of photos it appears that the wrestling mats may be at a total loss along with possible damage to (singlets, warm-ups, and all other equipment used by the program.)  I am asking that you keep the program and the high school in your thoughts and prayers at this time.  As of right now there is not much information regarding the damages but information will be posted once more is known about the damages and if there will be a way to provide any help.  Thank You!

As a former preble alum and coach... this really hits home hard. I know ellsworth went through this recently and was wondering how your process is going
