6th-8th Grade: 5:00pm-6:00pm
9th-12th Grade: 6:00pm-7:15pm
Individual instruction from UW La Crosse coaching staff and athletes
Learn advanced skills, drills and fundamentals
Learn to compete at a higher level
Practices held in UW La Crosse Wrestling Room
train like an Eagle
Practices begin September 2 and run through October 30 in preparation for Preseason Nationals in Cedar Falls, IA
Cost: $85.00 for 18 sessions in advance or $5.00 per session at the door
