Freestyle/Greco rules

We are new to the freestyle and greco and I know the rules have changed since I did it back in the day.  Is there anywhere where you can find the rules online?  Thanks in advance.

Depending on how far back your "day" was, the new rules might not look so different.

Oh they change every year....Not even sure how I actually keep up with them for the most part. As far as where to get the rules
