Alex Dieringer is the number one ranked 157 in the country according to WIN magazine.

He's found another gear this year.  157 is a brutal weight class so the conference meets (Big 10 in particular) will be almost as good as the NCAAs.  Alex will be right there in Oklahoma City...

AD goes for the NCAA title tomorrow night.  A big step for the redshirt sophomore from Port.

Alex is an animal. Looks like the Jr World Silver medalist that he is out there. Keep it rolling and bring it home for Port Washington!
