Double Arm Bar Question

Is it illegal to sit out on a double arm bar under WIAA rules? My understanding is if a tournament is using USA Wrestling rules it is illegal but I have gotten mixed answers when asking different people. Just want to understand so I know how to coach within the rules.

WIAA no, WWF maybe.  It depends on the level.  You might need to talk to your district rep or the state chairman.
