I think Vandenbusch from Random Lake beats Beckman at 60. other than that i like your picks

... And Fireman comes out blazing with his very first post!  Freshmen over returning state place winner?  That's bold like diet dr pepper my friend.

Scary thing for the conference is that I can't find a single weight where you have picked a non-RL kid that I don't think RL is a solid contender for second.  Has a team ever had all 14 take first or second?

Doubt it.  Pulling something like that off would be a huge accomplishment.  It's not as if the CLC is having a down year either.  Besides RL, Ozaukee and Oostburg are very solid.  Cedar Grove and EL are coming around as well.

Agreed... especially about CG and EL.  I was very encouraged to see CG wrestle with 14 against Ozaukee the other night, and both CG and EL have been in the 20s against Oostburg or Ozaukee.  I gotta say I was worried about Elkhart when they graduated 4 out of 9 wrestlers last year, but Coach Ward has done an excellent job building what he has.  Even without Trevor Rebedew (who hopefully is back in time for Regionals), EL is battling.  Imagine a school that size beating a school the size of Sheboygan North!!

CLC tournament is always fun to watch. Great support from all schools. Some great wrestling coupled with some bush league reffing (outside Paulus) made for some unfortunate and unnecessary situations. Wish Paulus could've done every match. Hope those guys don't ref the sectionals or state series when matches actually matter.
