Nice job to Hansen, Dischler, and Becker. This sectional should represent well at the state tournament.

No, its never guaranteed.  But the reality is that most freshmen that place at state, also had success at the youth level.  I can think of a handful of exceptions, but I can think of a lot more non-exceptions.   

That's what interests me in a kid like Dischler.

maybe not qualifying for state in youth wrestling gave him the motivation to train harder and reach that goal?
