Is it just me, or could BTN get any more difficult to navigate?

I have an account, since I watched a couple live matches last year.  Since that was one year ago, I do not recall all the intricacies of getting to a live video.

Do you
A) sign up in advance?
B) sign up just before the broadcast?
C) where are the prices? (for single event/monthly scrip/yearly scrip etc.)

Sheesh... Either I am just not getting it, or this site is way over my head...
Anyone have any answers?
I'd like to figure it out prior to one minute before an event... and then find out I can't get it or it doesn't work etc...
