Oak Creek won the Tom Burns Memorial on Saturday. They had 8 in the finals and finished with 4 at the top of the podium:
Robinson at 120, Hakes at 160 (he's undefeated this season 10-0), Agg at 182, and Regazzi at 195.

no, I would definitely have said hello...I was planning on coming for the finals and even that fell through. (I watch all the OC matches that they video) It's a nice perk when I can't be there.

Congratulations to Ben Hakes of Oak Creek (160) placing 5th at the Marty Loy today. He had an opening round major decision (17-5 ) over Cal Johnson of Hudson. Then fell to Mitchell Lambrecht, the 3rd ranked wrestler in D2 by a 10-4 decision (his first and only loss of the season) in the quarter finals. Ben wrestled back to 5th defeating the 13th ranked Cole Bartz from Menomonee, 10th ranked Nate Engel from Stevens Point and Brandon Buechler of Wrightstown.

Matthew Berlin (106) also placed 7th.
