I see they changed the out of bounds rule for nearfalls and pins .  It is somewhat unclear to me.  Are they saying that if one shoulder is out of bounds you can still score back points or a pin?

I see they increased the size of the out of bounds area to 5 feet - maybe this helps accommodate this change

I think they are saying if 1 toe is in, you can pin the guy, as long as something is still in bounds.  Just like the take downs.

That will take awhile to get used to....so essentially you can pin a guy with his shoulders out of bounds...  if one toe is in...

That could be crazy to watch !!
