Just think of the technology that has come about  in staying warm and dry while in the cold. 100 years ago, what did they have? Wool . You wonder if anyone now a day could do the climb wearing the type of clothing they had 100 years ago

NO!!!!!!!

I remember wearing the wonder bread bags on my feet as a youth (70's), I would NEVER go back to that!!!!!!!!
