There is a bar/grill here in Milwaukee where they specialize in it.  They add different meats and cheeses, etc.  I call the turkey one Thanksgiving on a plate.

Ask the Canadians.  They love this stuff.  I hear they are serious as a heart attack about their love of it.

ever had it there; but saw a show on it and saw the curds. Well, that was it. I didn't know other poeple took curds seriously. In Montreal, this is the mojo. You need to know how to make very good fries (two step process, if you've been following) so they're crisp and huge. They put it in like a box that Chinese leftovers come in.Tthen gooey curds, then gravy. What's not to like? Just try not to like it daily, eh? Love gooey curds, though.
