Notable teams without an individual State title

I was at a recent wrestling tourney in Campbellsport and was talking with the Slinger faithful about Ziebell and his chances of winning a state title. They informed me that would be great as Slinger has yet to have a State individual champ. I was surprised to hear that and got wondering if there are other notable teams in that same situation!!!

Wow!  That is surprising.  Slinger is definitely on a big upswing recently but they've been solid for forever it feels like.  I would imagine most of the teams that would surprise you by not having a champ yet are in D1.
