Qualifying for nationals

Div III has a qualifying tourney where you need to finish top 3 in your regional qualifier.  This is no easy task.  I've looked over several weight classes and some of the top ranked guys were upset (including my son) at the regional.  Luckily he fought back for 3rd.  At 133 3 of the top 10 didn't even make it through their regional. 

It is so impressive to see repeat all americans when I see how difficult just repeat qualifying is.  This is my last year to hold my breath during the qualifier, so I can breath easy now.

Very true!  Whitewater lost two studs through a super tough regional and it really hurt their chances at winning the national title this year.
