Cedarburg H.S. Seeking Contracted JV coach

Cedarburg is seeking a full-time contracted JV coach for next season. Over the last 2 seasons, we have had 15 state qualifiers, 4 state placers and qualified for the Team State tournament for the first time in school history this past season, as well as, won the North Shore Conference in back-to-back seasons.

From a building standpoint, we have a youth program with 40-50 kids that is divided into separate age groups (middle schoolers / K-4), as well as, a consistent middle school program that runs from November-January. Last season, we had 12 freshmen come in with some sort of wrestling experience, as well as, a few guys that were new to the sport.

Next season, we have another 12-15 freshmen coming in, 2 of which just qualified for the WWF state tournament (another 2 that qualified are 7th graders coming in the following season).

We receive A LOT of support from the community and the athletic department. We have been told to 'do whatever is needed' to develop our younger guys, which has allowed us to schedule 7 JV tournaments next season, as well as, have separate JV practices in our vintage gym.

Practices start at 3p and go until 5p Mon-Fri. It has also become typical that the JV will travel to one location, and the varsity to another location on a Saturday.
