With all the duals this past weekend and some of the results of ranked against ranked, its almost like the ranking committee took the week off. If I were Pulaski this would leave me scratching my head.
We live in the era of smart phones and stupid people.

No, but Pulaski should be ahead oh Merrill, and Merrill should be ahead of Stoughton, and Stoughton should be ahead of Pulaski. See how easy this ranking thing is.
