You are correct in saying this, but this did not happen on the mat. Rather it started in the stands. Not sure we will ever get around things like this happening, just a shame. I know this is not just a problem in wrestling but it will go down as another black eye for wrestling.

You they just need to make the people that participated and perpetrated this accountable things like this do not happen all that much but at the very least hefty fines and banishment for one year from any high school events should be in order.
