When do the rankings come out?

I need something to complain about.

Yes, but Junior beat Timmy at a practice scrimmage in the 3rd grade so Junior should be ranked ahead of Timmy.

Yes but my Timmy always was the best dodgeball player, so no way should junior be ranked higher.
